Do you work on both desktops and laptops?

Yes — hardware and software, desktops and laptops. If it's computer or tech related, we'll diagnose it and tell you exactly what's going on.

Two things worth knowing about laptops: upgrades are handled case by case and are far more limited than on desktops, since most modern laptops have soldered or proprietary components. And we don't offer custom laptop builds — custom configurations are desktop only.

What does "pre-rendering" a build actually mean?

Before we order any parts for a custom build, we put together a rendered visual of the exact configuration — case and parts as they'll actually go together — so you can see it and approve it before anything is purchased.

Is repair always on the spot?

Where the severity of the issue allows it, yes. Some repairs need workshop time or replacement parts — we'll always tell you which situation you're in before starting any work.

Do custom builds come with a warranty?

Warranty is arranged on an individual basis — the scope and length depend on the specific configuration and the components used. We discuss the terms when you get in touch, before any work begins.

Do you work with businesses, not just individuals?

Yes — see the Corporate Clients page for fleet builds, scheduled maintenance, and priority support arrangements.

Do you repair game consoles?

Yes — most commonly PS5 and PS4 fan replacements, cleaning, and overheating issues. See the Consoles page.

How is the price worked out?

Labour prices are published on the Prices page. Replacement parts are charged separately, and the exact figure is confirmed after diagnostics — before any work begins.
